Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing About Sol to bring creativity, color, and light into your life. Please review the following booking policy to ensure a smooth experience: Booking Notice All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or deposit is received. Cancellations & Refunds Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled event or service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling depending on availability. No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. One reschedule is allowed per booking. Additional changes may incur a small administrative fee. Private Events & Custom Services For custom services (murals, commissioned work, etc.), terms will be outlined in your contract, including sketch approval timelines and payment structure. Deposits for large-scale work are non-refundable after sketch approval and are applied to the final balance. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions may be shortened for late arrivals, and the full session fee will still apply.
